I have never wanted to be a vegetarian, but I am finding myself increasingly so. I am not vegetarian because I have had a hard time finding vegetarian options in my local supermarket. But I am finding myself more in a veganish mode because I want to eat more vegetables, and I want to eat more of my favorite sweet foods.

This is one of the most complicated things about being vegan, but it’s also one of the easiest. I don’t need to go to the trouble of tracking down any ingredients and finding out what they are! It’s just a matter of getting my grocery shopping done and making sure I have enough veggies in my cupboards to keep me going through the day.

And if you find “vegan” on your cupboards, that is probably because the vegan section was removed. And its only a matter of time before they are going to start putting up a “healthy” section.

There is a lot of misinformation out there, and it becomes even harder to support veganism when you are aware of the facts. That is why there is a need for a vegan library.
