“The source” is the name of our self-awareness puzzle. It’s the question that we must ask ourselves as we engage in conversation.
It is, in fact, another way of saying “Noah.” It’s a question of what we are capable of doing.
I think this is a great question to ask yourself. If you are on the edge of the abyss and you decide to go for it, you have to decide what you are willing to do. I don’t know about you, but if I had to guess if I had a choice in the matter, I would choose the one step above the abyss.
While the “source” is a great question to ask yourself, its the one step that you can’t do without. While you have no choice in the matter, the one thing that you can’t do is to stop yourself from trying to do something. In order to do something, you have to know that you have to do it. If you can’t do something, you can’t do it. That’s how you know you can’t do something.
The reason for this is because if you can’t do it, you won’t do it. You cant do it because you don’t know you have to do it. So while the source might be a good one to ask yourself, its the one step that you cant do without.
For example, how many times have you run out to the grocery store and gone to the checkout and then walked back to your car and sat down in the parking lot and then put it in drive and then walked to the checkout and put it in drive and then drove home and walked back to the car and then put it in drive and then drove home? This is all really simple to say, but the problem is that you never actually did any of these things. You just drove home.
You do things like this. You also have thoughts like this. You know, you don’t do these things because you’re lazy or because you think, “why do this?”. You do it because it makes you feel good. There’s no such thing as a mindless task or a mindless action. It’s just something you do because you want to do it.
And these are some of the best ways I know to make yourself feel good. One of my favorite quotes is “You can’t live a life of constant anxiety if you don’t have any goals, and you can’t live a life of constant anxiety without having goals.” So if you want to feel good, you need goals, and you also need to give yourself permission to feel good.
It’s like a mental disease. You have to want to feel good, and you can’t get good motivation without a good motivation. If you want to be the person who can stop all anxiety by telling you that you need to be able to be the person who can stop it, then you need to give yourself permission to feel good.
As I’ve mentioned before, this is something that will definitely be an issue for some of you. You don’t have to give up your goals, but you do need to give yourself permission to feel good.
