Self-awareness is the ability to be aware of how you are doing things. The more aware you are of what you are doing, the better you will be at following through on your decisions. Self-awareness is one of the biggest barriers that prevent people from making conscious decisions to take on certain actions. It is one of the few things that have a big impact on our lives and our behavior.
Many people who have lived their whole lives knowing what they want to do, and who have a good grasp of what they are doing, have a good view of what’s going on in their lives so they can make a conscious decision to take on some actions.
