Dr. Charlie Ward is a psychologist and author of The Seven Principles of Good Behavior. Dr. Ward believes that humans are “self-aware” and that the only way we can truly know ourselves is through self-awareness.

The title of this podcast is from a book that I wrote about in the late 70’s. It’s called The Truth Inside the Mind, and it’s a great example of how to help you create a better world for yourself.

The title is a little more tongue-in-cheek than the actual podcast. I think it is because he is also a psychologist.

I think that it is a good idea to help people learn how to be self-aware. We are self-aware all over the place in all kinds of ways. It is hard to be self-aware if you don’t know yourself for who you are.

You can’t just assume that we are self-aware. We are not. There are certain things we can do to help ourselves become more aware, and we are doing these things all of the time, but it is the things we don’t do that cause our self-awareness to be so jaded that we start to believe in them.

People often say that they know their self-awareness. But when you dont know yourself, you dont know you to be who you are, and so it is hard to see your true self. You are more then just what your parents or teachers say you are. You are more then just your thoughts, your feelings, your actions. You are who you know yourself to be.

I think that we all have some sort of self-awareness, or self-knowledge. I believe that we all have a strong subconscious self-awareness, which is why there are so many different ways to do self-awareness. But there is only so much we can know about ourselves, and we can only be more then our thoughts and actions that we are aware of themselves. It is also why we sometimes fail to recognize situations, people, or things that we may have no idea about.

It’s like when you’re driving and you look down the road and you see someone’s car, but you can’t see who it is, so you just pull over and honk your horn, hoping that a nearby pedestrian will see you and stop. Or when you’re in line at a restaurant and you see the cashier checking your receipt for accuracy, but you don’t know what you’re going for…

The problem is that we are all aware of these things, but we don’t act on them. It is why we miss out on so many opportunities, and fail to make smart decisions. So instead of acting out an idea or an emotion, we usually decide not to act on it because we are too busy worrying about something else.

We need to find a way to act on our emotions. We need to learn and train ourselves to get in the flow of our feelings, and then move past them. Its like the opposite of procrastination, our brains need to be pushed and pushed and pushed again. We need to be able to step out of our heads and into the world.
